Current MA Student Presents Thesis Research at Symposium
At the beginning of September 2022, current MA Student Arturo Sepulveda Garcia presented some of his thesis work on Sustainable Food Diets in China and Japan at the organised by Universidad Técnica de Machala located in Ecuador.
His presentation covered food systems, sustainable health diet, and the FAO/sites/default/files/sections/global-and-international-studies/agendconpresentadoresyrelatores.pdfWHO policy guidelines, as well as data about food systems' impacts on the global environment and climate change.
