The Healthcare Travelling Roadshow was conceived as a grass roots initiative to address rural healthcare workforce shortages. It involves a multidisciplinary group of health-care students from post-secondary institutions around B.C. travelling to rural communities to showcase career opportunities to high school students.
2025 Roadshow Recruitment
The 2025 Healthcare Travelling Roadshows is visiting communities in the following regions:
May 4-10, 2025: North Coast Roadshow (Terrace, Kitimat, Nass Valley, Lax Kw'alaams)
May 5-10, 2025: Kootenay Roadshow (Salmo, Creston, Lumby)
May 25-31, 2025: Peace Roadshow (Fort St. John, Dawson Creek, Tumbler Ridge)
