We acknowledge that the land on which ÂÜÀòÉäÇø’s Prince George campus is located is within the traditional territory of the Lheidli T’enneh. We offer programs to many First Nations and other Indigenous communities in our region. We acknowledge the many negative effects of colonialism on the people that have cared for this land for generations.

One of our goals in the Faculty of Science and Engineering is to bring science and engineering to a more diverse population including women, visible minorities and local Indigenous communities in our region. As part of Canada’s Green University, our research and courses encompass many aspects of sustainability, environmental restoration, natural products and technologies to protect the environment.
